Opened for play in 2000, Ridges at Sand Creek has become a golfing destination for many Minnesota golfing enthusiasts. Designed by award winning architect Joel Goldstrand, Ridges at Sand Creek offers a championship layout that appeals to all skill levels.
From Minneapolis...Take I-35W South to I-494W/MN. Continue to US-169 South. Turn onto MN Highway 21 through downtown Jordan. Ridges at Sand Creek is located 2 miles south on the left. From Prior Lake...Take MN 13 South 8 miles and turn right onto Country Road 8. Head west 5 miles to MN-21 and turn right. Ridges at Sand Creek is located 150ft. (First Right into Clubhouse).
